Paul and Alexis got in touch with me and asked if I might take a stroll to school. This was a walk that Alexis used to take 45 years ago. It runs from High Salvington to Findon Valley, in Worthing, West Sussex, and takes in The Black Post Mill and Bost Hill zig-zag. How could I refuse?
