As a footnote to my video walking down the Sussex Border Path recently, I take a stroll along the Monarch’s Way to search for a Trig Point north of Portslade on the South Downs. I start at the Foredown Tower, that at one time was a water tower for the now long gone Hangleton Hospital for Infectious Diseases. The poppy are out, as are other beautiful flowers. I even stumble across a dew pond.
