I have pulled my bicycle out of the shed and pumped up the tyres. Today, for my one permitted piece of exercise I thought I would go for a short cycle ride. I am off to the beach, riding through the back streets of Worthing. It is a sort of test to see if I can film the journey in an interesting way. I am sure I can go a little further with my walks by using the bike to get me to locations, even with the lockdown.
