These days vicars are busy people; rushing about from church to church, serving the community and spreading the word of God.
I wanted to know if it was always like that, or if the pace of life for the rural vicar was far slower in the ‘olden days’.
I met up with Father Peter at St Giles in Coldwaltham, near Pulborough in West Sussex and had a chat with him outside one of the four delightful churches he looks after.
