NORFOLK – St Andrew’s Church, Stokesby, Explored.

As part of our exploration of Norfolk and the Broads, Kevin Hall and I have come to look at St Andrew’s Church in Stokesby.

Stokesby with Herringby is a civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It comprises the village of Stokesby and the surrounding rural area. It is situated on the banks of the River Bure. St Andrew’s dates back to 13th Century and is a classic example of a thatched Norfolk church, built from flint, brick, stone and rubble.
