The lovely Julia and I have popped over to Lewes to visit Kym Murden, the herbalist lady, who has agreed to take us on a short walk in search of herbs.
We are walking over the South Downs just north of Lewes in East Sussex, not only looking for health giving plants, but also exploring the history of the area.
