In Search of Sussex – In Which I Arrive At West Chiltington

In this episode I conclude the journey I have made from Shipley in West Sussex and arrive in West Chiltington, a beautiful village near Pulborough and Thakeham. This is the part of a mini series of journeys I am making while following in the footsteps of Arthur Stanley Cooke, author of a book published a hundred years ago entitled Off The Beaten Track in Sussex.
You can follow the text of the book by looking up chapter three from the freely available download here: https://archive.org/details/offbeatentrackin00cookuoft/page/xiv/mode/2up
