In Search of England – In Which I Pass Through Mile Oak

This is part two of a three part series following in the footsteps of Arthur Stanley Cooke from his book Off The Beaten Track – Chapter Five – Devil’s Dyke to Kingston in West Sussex. In this episode I pass through Mile Oak and clamber up onto Southwick Hill in search of the Sit and be Thankful Stone.
