I am walking the river Medway in Tonbridge, Kent with my avid viewer and host, Nigel Slater. His son, Arun, and he are showing me the canalized section that leads from the town north east towards the Thames Estuary.
Today we are away from the industrial area and approaching more of the scenic countryside to the west of Tonbridge.
