Exploring the Cheddar Gorge

Cheddar Gorge is a limestone gorge in the Mendip Hills, near the village of Cheddar, Somerset, England. The gorge is the site of the Cheddar show caves, where Britain’s oldest complete human skeleton, Cheddar Man, estimated to be over 9,000 years old, was found in 1903.

Billy and I are in Somerset for a weekend trip to explore the countryside and make a few videos. Billy had never heard of the Cheddar Gorge until I showed where we are going. He loved it!

Not content to just walk at the bottom of the Gorge, we clamber into a cave and over the rocks looking for goats!
