A Stroll Along the Wey and Arun Canal

Today I am taking a stroll along the Wey and Arun Canal near Billingshurst in West Sussex. I visit the site of an old lock and lovely canal bridge on this abandoned stretch of English navigation.
The Wey and Arun Canal Trust are working on putting it back into operation and maintain the route that once joined the river Wey to the river Arun, and thus made possible a waterway between London and the south coast at Littlehampton.
