The Curse of St Peter’s at Treyford in West Sussex Explored

The spooky location in today’s video is a churchyard with no church. I am joined by local historian Andrew Shaxson who explains the incredible and baffling history of St Peter’s church at Treyford in West Sussex.

Little remains of the commodious Victorian edifice that was erected to replace three so-called ‘mean’ little churches. Although new and enormous, this newer church was ill-fated and lasted only 101 years. A fascinating story indeed.
